How We Label Our Content
Tapovan is a young and growing institution. Some of what appears on this site is already established; some is proposed or still under development. Rather than blur that distinction, we label it.
Wherever a programme, figure, or institutional claim could be mistaken for something more settled than it is, this site marks it with one of the following status labels. This follows Tapovan's Digital Institutional Standard, prepared to keep the site's claims honest and verifiable.
A structure, activity, or fact that is already established — for example, Tapovan's registration, its constitutional bodies, or an activity vertical the Centre for Contemporary Research already runs.
A current focus area or programme that Tapovan is actively building — for example, a research index at pilot stage, or a journal in pre-launch preparation.
An initiative described in Tapovan's institutional Prospectus as part of its planned programme architecture, but not yet an active, running activity.
Something Tapovan intends to formally institute in future — for example, an award that will be introduced once formally established, and is not yet open for nomination.
This page, and the labels used across the site, are maintained under Tapovan's Digital Institutional Standard (document reference AMS-TAPOVAN-DIS-2026-v1.0). If you believe any label on this site is inaccurate or out of date, please get in touch.
